Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

We aim to ship all items within 3 working days of placing the order, unless otherwise stated.

Gold and made to order jewellery usually takes a little longer for despatch at around 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.  If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us and if possible we will try and accommodate your request.

In the unlikely event of our workshop having to shut down temporarily, some deliveries may be delayed until work is resumed.

UK & Isle of Man Shipping

Standard shipping (untracked) to all Isle of Man and UK addresses is £5.00, Special Delivery (tracked) is £8.50. If you opt for standard shipping at check out, your item will be sent by 1st class standard mail, without tracking and insurance. Higher value orders may be sent out using Royal Mail and may require a signature upon arrival. If you would like to have your packaged shipped with tracking and insurance, please opt for the 'Special Delivery' option at check out.

Items sent by 1st class mail usually take 1-3 working days for delivery from date of dispatch, and items sent by 'Special Delivery' are usually delivered on a next day or next day+1 service from the date of dispatch.

Overseas Shipping

Shipping to worldwide address is available with variable shipping cost depending on destination country.

The recipient/customer is responsible for all duties and customs charges.

Items sent to overseas addresses may be shipped as standard airmail (without tracking and insurance) or via a tracked and insured delivery service at the choice of the customer. Please note that we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit for orders shipped via the standard airmail services without tracking or insurance. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

Shipping to addresses within the following areas usually take approximately (from date of dispatch, and subject to postal delays outside of our control including: customs clearance delays, strikes, natural disasters and currently in relation to geographic restrictions imposed due to the Covid-19 pandemic).

EU: 5-10 working days from dispatch.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-20 working days from dispatch.

North America: 5-15 days from dispatch.

Rest of World: 5-20 working days from dispatch.
